By enrolling in any program offered by Ed Global Academy, you agree to abide by our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and the refund terms outlined below.
Our Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, providing clear guidelines regarding cancellations, withdrawals, and refund eligibility.
1. Long-Term Programs (Duration of 6 Months or More)
Cancellation Before Program Commencement:
If you choose to cancel your enrollment before the program officially commences, you must notify Ed Global Academy in writing via email or other approved communication channels. The effective date of cancellation will be the date on which the written cancellation request is received.
Eligible refunds will be processed after deduction of the applicable registration or administrative fee.
Cancellation Within the First Week of Program Commencement:
If you wish to withdraw from the program after it has commenced, you must submit your refund request in writing within seven (7) calendar days from the official program commencement date.
Any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable terms of the program, after deduction of any applicable registration, administrative, or other non-refundable fees.
No Refund After the First Week:
Once the first seven (7) calendar days from the program commencement date have passed, no refund requests will be accepted or processed. Any request submitted after this period will be considered ineligible for a refund.
2. Short-Term Programs (Duration of Less Than 6 Months)
Cancellation by Ed Global Academy:
Ed Global Academy reserves the right to postpone or cancel a program or event due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, political instability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellation by Participant:
Participants who wish to cancel or withdraw from a short-term program must submit their refund request within seven (7) calendar days from the official program commencement date.
Refund requests received after the seven-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Online Training Programs
Cancellation Within the First Week:
If a participant wishes to cancel their enrollment after the online program has commenced, the refund request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the official program commencement date.
Any eligible refund will be subject to applicable administrative or registration fee deductions.
No Refund After Seven Days:
No refunds will be provided for cancellation or withdrawal requests submitted after the first seven (7) calendar days from the program commencement date.
4. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once an order has been confirmed and the product has been delivered or access has been provided.
If you experience any issue receiving or accessing a digital product, please contact our support team for assistance.
5. Duplicate Payments
In the event of a duplicate payment, the redundant amount may be refunded to the original payment method after verification and notification by the customer.
Eligible duplicate-payment refunds will generally be processed within 5 to 7 working days from the date the duplicate payment is verified.
6. Refund Processing Time
All eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving and approving a valid refund request.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
7. Important Refund Conditions
* All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
* The refund eligibility period begins from the official program commencement date.
* Refund requests must be initiated within 7-10 calendar days of program commencement to be considered for a refund.
* No refund requests will be accepted or processed after the seven-day refund period has expired, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where Ed Global Academy cancels the program.
* Registration fees, administrative fees, and other non-refundable charges may be deducted from any eligible refund, as applicable to the specific program.
* Refund eligibility may vary depending on the specific program terms communicated at the time of enrollment.
